When we think about cops, we think about people who are serious and could not take a joke. But the truth is, cops are people too and they also have a lighter side that is not often displayed.
Take this cop as an example. He and his K9 buddy took some selfies one day and it was a lighthearted side that not many people see. It may seem simple but it sure does warm the heart a lot.
Just like any other cop, this one just seems too intimidating once he is in uniform. But keep in mind that he still is human. He does love taking selfies, and one woman was able to capture evidence of this cop taking selfies with his K9 partner.
It all happened when a woman named Gina Anzaldua Stevenson was taking a walk near the airport. That’s when she spotted Officer Andre Cloyd and his K9 partner, Zigi. Andre had his phone out, took the right position and held the phone so that he could take a good photo of them together.
Gina thought that this was such a sweet moment that she decided to take out her own phone and snap photos of the cute duo. She then went on her Facebook account and uploaded the photos.
It surely did not take that long for the photos to go viral. People of different ages and from different places around the world loved what they saw. Well, who wouldn’t? This is surely something that people do not get to see every day!
In due time, Andre learned about this and he was quite surprised. He did not expect that something that he normally did would turn out to be a viral thing.
He expressed his sincere thanks to all people who appreciated what he was doing with his K9 buddy. He also shared a number of selfies that he took with Zigi, to the delight of his followers.
