When dogs find something interesting, they’ll do anything to get closer to it. Even if it means tackling an animal from another species, our canine pals don’t care so long as they satisfy their curiosity.
Thus, one speculative French Bulldog approaches an innocent swan swimming in a murky pond. Though the dog wants to interact with the fowl, the swan’s assertiveness ultimately prompted the canine to back off.
What is that, Dad?
In this incredibly amusing video, a white-furred French Bulldog stands on a grassy field next to a pond. It seems the Frenchie’s taking an afternoon stroll with its fur dad when it chanced upon a group of innocently swimming swans.
Though the dog’s merely sightseeing in the area, the white-feathered swan soon notices its presence. Without wasting any second, the swan swims towards the French Bulldog’s location.
At first, the Frenchie’s not bothered with the approaching bird. But, when the swan’s only a few meters away, the canine takes a few steps backward to put a safe distance between them.
You’re not going anywhere near them, okay?
As the video progressed, the swan continues swimming towards the French Bulldog, ultimately frightening the poor canine out of its wits. No matter how far the dog goes, the swan makes sure to follow suit.
Soon enough, the swan stops paddling towards the bank and spreads its wings. The swan and the Frenchie then stare at each other as if they’re calculating the other’s movements.
Yet, even if the swan’s merely gazing at the dog, the Frenchie starts yapping at it furiously. Despite the Frenchie’s ferocious barking, the bird merely blankly stares at it.
