Everyone knows that gender reveal parties are pretty important to expecting couples and their loved ones. It’s that magical moment when the parents and the people close to them find out about their baby’s gender. There are plenty of various ways to do the reveal, but if you ask us, having dogs involved in the event is the best way to do it.
This is exactly what Jasa Grant and his significant other, Marie del Rosario, did during their gender reveal party that was held just recently at their home in Winnipeg. They included their pup Doobie in the big reveal, but things didn’t go as planned.
Their French bulldog and bull terrier mix was supposed to pop the gender reveal balloon that they were holding. But instead, Doobie headbutted the thing and sent it flying! This had everyone at the party in stitches as they had no idea how to proceed after that.
Luckily, the couple and their guests saw that the balloon deflated and fell to the ground. Guests went after it and they recovered the balloon at a nearby park. It’s good that it didn’t hit anything sharp on its way down because that could’ve ruined the day!
Jasa and Maria were handed the deflated balloon, and this time, they made sure that it won’t fly away. We could tell that Doobie loves popping balloons because he just couldn’t contain his excitement every time his humans held the balloon for him. They must’ve practiced this so many times.
