A miniature dash hunt, Louise, made his owners, Charlotte Thompson and Joey Auger, spend £50,000 on their three-month vacation across Europe. He is known to be quite a diva and is supposedly the most pampered dog in the UK.
His owners say he is a sensitive little soul who quickly gets upset.
The couple bought a new Porsche Cayenne with heated leather seats for their Europe trip. It was the ultimate luxury, and it seemed perfect for their vacation. But Louise was just not comfortable in it. He was susceptible to the loud noise made by the specially fixed exhaust and started having panic attacks.
The couple had two resells of this car at a loss of £5000. They bought a less noisy Mercedes E Class convertible to make Louise happy, which cost them £30,000.
Charlotte says that she can’t do without Louise even for a day. She has never spent a day without him. The couple decided to go on a romantic getaway across France and Italy, lasting for three months.
When Charlotte and Auger first checked into a five-star hotel, Louise had a tough time. He was uncomfortable with people around him in the common areas and would bark at anyone passing by him. That is when the couple decided to rent out a 15-bedroom Villa, which cost £50000.
Louise is pampered to the extent that he refuses to get wet in the rain and insists on getting carried home in a shopping bag to remain dry. Throughout the three-month trip, there was not a moment where they left him alone. He was always there with him.
Louise is very stylish. He wears funky bandanas, and his harnesses are made of Italian leather and Swarovski crystals. He even has a Louis Vuitton collar when he plans to get dressed. The couple says this was the holiday of a lifetime, and they made a lot of memories.
