Thus, it’s not surprising for a daring canine to accompany its fur dad on his Lake Powell trip. Though the area they traveled to is a remote one, Dad and the pup make the most out of it and thoroughly enjoy their swimming spree.
Ready for a swim, Jax?
In this fun-filled footage, a brown-furred doggo named Jax sits on Lake Powell’s rocky bank together with his fur dad. At first, it seems Jax and Dad prepare to strike a pose in front of the scenic view.
Yet, it looks like the daredevil pair want to make the most out of their adventure as Dad performs a double thumbs-up, signifying the start of their activity for the day. Dad then glances at the pup, wordlessly asking him if he’s ready.
And, it seems Jax understands Dad’s glance as he soon gazes towards the direction of the lake. Without wasting any second, Dad and the canine run towards the rocky shore’s edge before plunging energetically into the water.

After a few heart-stopping seconds, Dad and Jax resurface from their diving stint. Yet, even as Jax wears a life-vest, he chooses not to stray far away from the shore as he wades towards it.
Seeing this, Dad diverts Jax’s attention by asking him how he likes their activity. And, it seems this trick worked its magic as the pup makes a U-turn towards his beloved human and gives him a high-five.
