A young couple, Abby and Ethan, are absolutely in love. They have been together for two years and are mad at each other. But things in Abby’s mind became awkward when Ethan met her dog, Harvey.
It all began with a hurricane
Abby adopted an orphaned pup that was stranded and alone after Hurricane Harvey. She took the puppy back home since it feared everyone and everything.
Abby said her new pet was scared of everyone except its new mom. She wanted to help Harvey relax and get used to his new environment, so she introduced Harvey to her boyfriend.
A friend betrayed
Right after Ethan entered the room, Abby thought Harvey’s reaction would be the same as it was with other people.
Ethan fell in love with Harvey at first sight, and Harvey wasn’t afraid of Ethan. The boys got along just fine, and it was a promising new friendship.
A little bit of jealousy
Abby said that Harvey felt an instant connection to Ethan. She couldn’t believe how much love they had for each other. She was curious about how that happened but concluded that Harvey recognizes good people like all other dogs.
Harvey was shy in the presence of other people, but he felt comfortable with Abby’s boyfriend. She said that Harvey enjoyed playing with Ethan.
Abby was pleased with everything but said their mutual affection was exhausting. She even made a video recording of her boys; they were super cute together.
Harvey even kissed Ethan several times. She admitted that she was somewhat envious of how much they liked each other, but she was sure Harvey also adored her.
No hard feelings
Abby explained that Harvey feels much more relaxed among humans and is no longer afraid of people.
