This story is about a wild coyote attack on two little domestic dogs. In the security footage, two dogs can be seen playing carelessly in their backyard.
Coyote attack
Suddenly, a wild coyote entered the garden, and these little dogs approached the coyote, wanting to play with this wild animal. But the wild coyote did not want to play with them.
One of those two little dogs, Brodie, who weighs only 13 pounds, approaches the coyote, wanting to play. Brodie is not accustomed to aggression and even needs to be made aware of what he has got himself.
Just a moment later, Brodie started to run for his life. As the coyote approached, the small dog began to whimper. After that, the coyote grabbed him by the neck, lifted him, and started running with him outside the backyard.
Brodie escaped
But do not worry; this story does have a happy ending! With some luck and the help of technology, little Brodie survived. Supposedly, the invisible electronic fence possessed by the owners of this dog sends a signal to the dog collar when they try to go out of the yard.
That little shock in the collar saved Brodie’s life. When the coyote grabbed Brodie by the neck, this part of his collar was in his mouth. That shock scared the coyote and made him release the dog.
That shock from the necklace scared the coyote so much that he ran away and escaped. The owners of Little Brodie stated that they did not believe this happened when they looked at the camera footage.
Slowly but surely Brodie is recovering
They were thrilled that nothing happened to their beloved dogs. Brodie ended up frightened, with minor puncture wounds on the neck harmless to life, and doctors expect that he will fully recover soon.
