Yoda and Lily are good examples of how opposites attract. They are best buddies with seemingly nothing in common. But their affection for one another is undeniable.

Lily is a donkey that was rescued from a miserable life. The first time that Yoda the dog met her, he was confused. He had no idea what she was. Could she be a large dog or a miniature horse?

Yoda gradually recognized who Lilly was. He noticed that she was adorable and fun to have around. Therefore, Yoda agreed to care for Lily.

Yoda began tucking Lily into bed each evening. He would give her some kisses before he goes to bed. He would also stay by side each time the donkey was feeling scared.

The dog will always leap onto Lily’s back when they are outdoors. He was unable to get enough of her. Fortunately, Lily is an accommodating friend. She would allow Yoda to ride on her back without any objection.

Yoda adores Lily so much that he once refused to share her with another dog.

When their fur mom got another donkey, Lily became curious. She approached him and developed feelings for him.

Lily played for hours with her new friend. However, Yoda disapproved of Lily spending more time with another animal. He made it abundantly apparent that she belonged to him. He would howl whenever she was with the newcomer.

Yoda eventually recognized it was acceptable for Lily to have another friend. After all, they all live on the same farm and are members of the same family.

Yoda and Lily share a unique relationship. Even their mother does not know how their unique bond began. Probably, it all started with Yoda who simply enjoys making new pals, and Lily enjoys having someone to chase.

Regardless of the reason, Yoda and Lily have shown that friendship is blind to factors such as race, skin tone, breed, and size. Despite their differences, they both love each other. And this is how a friendship ought to be.
